Development Manager

Role Overview:

The Development Manager is part of the development team and will help secure $3.8 million in contributed revenue in 2012. Under limited supervision, the Development Manager is responsible for managing relationships with Juma’s institutional funders, including private foundations, corporations, and public agencies. This position supervises the Development Associate and reports directly to the Chief Development Officer.

Learning & Evaluation Associate

Role Overview:

The Learning & Evaluation Associate will be responsible for assisting the Manager of Learning and Evaluation with day-to-day monitoring and evaluation of youth activities at Juma. The L & E Associate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and integrity of data tracked in the Efforts to Outcomes (ETO) database system, and ensuring consistent delivery of the Juma program model across all sites. The L & E Associate will also assist with designing and administering youth and staff program evaluations, promote youth and community involvement in evaluation and learning and strengthen the capacity of Juma to measure and document youth needs, interventions and outcomes. The position reports to the Manager of Learning & Evaluation.  
The ideal candidate will be genuinely enthusiastic about data and have experience with ETO Software.
